ISLAND RAB: A PEARL OF THE NORDLICHEN ADRIA

Croatian coast and islands, especially Kvarner bay were already very popular with German speaking and Italian guests for long time. However only today Croatia has became one of the most popular holiday- destinations.  Vacation on Croatian islands is a holiday makers' dream and Rab is the most beautiful pearl of the Adria. Island Rab is positioned on that invisible line between the northern and middle Adria, according for the point where Dalmatien begins and where continental Europe and the Mediterranean Sea meet. It is one of the most popular islands in the northern Adria.  Island Rab is best known  through its nature and architecture. The old town of the same name lay itself on a narrow peninsula and with its 4 tower bells became the identity landmark of the whole area.

On the island lives cca 9000 inhabitants engaged in agriculture, fishery, ship building, services and tourism. 
The island of Rab has been a tourist magnet for almost 120 years and it's tourist industry won many international and domestic prizes. It offers a lot to see; interesting nature landscapes, manifold vegetation, azure sea with beautiful bays and sand beaches, culture and history, all with traditionally friendlily hosts.  For the gourments it offers deliciouse foods and drinks based on traditional kitchen; fish and sea fruits, the fruits of green fields and meat with many aromatic spices.  Particular speciality is local Rab cake made after centuries old recepies.

Rab is certainly the right choice for a perfect vacation.  Sea swimming season begins  ends May, ending in the October.  Swimming vacation outside mass- tourism are best from middle May until June and early September until mid October.  High season is in July and  August, whit temeperatures over 30 degrees. Island counts suns hours for approximate 2600h in the year.  The average temperature is 26°C in the summer and 10°C in the winter. The winters are friendly and mild, only with cold wind periods in Febuary and March.  If you like nature, meditation, walks and bicycle riding, ideal time for visit is in the autumn and spring.  This is also good time for senior stays.  The island can be toured with the car, bike or on foot. Toward south lies Barbat and the ruins of the St.Damian.  In the centre is the village Mundanije with the fertile valley and the hill peak Kamenjak (height of 400m) wherefrom you can enjoy the panorama of the Kvarner archipelago.  If you go northwest you will come into the thickly wooded area; forest Kalifront with  many littler bays.  The way to Kalifront leads  past at the monastery of the St. Eufemia where you can stop and visit the nice atrium and the local ethnology collection with valuable sacral exhibits. 

The city Rab is the special threasure of the island; jewel of the medieval town  with numerous romanesque - and renaissance palaces, churches and belfries. The integrity of the city in form of a ship with four dominating belfries attracts numberless visitors.  City of Rab radiates with one Mediterranean spirits and is in the summer months the most frequented place on the island. There are  various art events, classical music concerts, Rab knight tournament and the Rab Medieval festival to see and enjoy.

INSEL RAB: EINE PERLE DER NORDLICHEN ADRIA

Insel Rab ist diejenige unsichtbare Trennline zwischen der nördlichen und mittleren Adria, der Punkt nach wo Dalmatien beginnt, der Raum wo sich Kontinentaleuropa und das Mittelmeer treffen, auch einer der beliebtesten Inseln in der nördlichen Adria. Fuer die Feinschmecker es gibt viel Leckerbissen in Raber traditionele Kueche basiert an Meersfruechte, die Fruechte gruener Felder und Fleish mit viele aromatische Kraeuten und Gewuerzen. Insel is besonder bekannt fuer ihr spaecialitat; Rab Torte.

Rab ist sicher die richtige Wahl fuer einen perfekten Urlaub. Badeurlaub saison beginnt mitte Mai, und endet im October. Bade Ferien abseits des Massentourismus: Mitte Mai bis ende
Juni und September bis mitte October. Hochsaisonszeit ist in Juli / August. Auch die Winter sind freundlich und mild, und die Sommer sind warm mit ungefähr 2600 Sonnenstunden im Jahr. Die durchschnittliche
Temperatur ist 26°C im Sommer und 10°C im Winter. Ideal Inselbesuch ist im Herbst/ Fruehling, besonders wenn Sie die Natur, Meditation, Spaziergaenge und Fahrrad Fahren gern haben. Ideal fuer Senioren Aufenthalt. Die Insel kann mit dem PKW, Fahrrad aber auch zu Fuss besichtigt werden. In Richtung Sueden liegt das Gebiet Barbat mit dem Ruinen altertumlichen Siedlung des Hl. Damian. Oestlich der Stadt koennen Sie
den nahegelegen Berg Kamenjak erklimmen und auf einer Hoehe von 400m das Panorama des Kvarnerarchipelags geniessen. Wenn Sie nach Nordwesten wandern koemmen Sie in die dicht bewaldete Gegend; Wald Kalifront, wo es viele kleinere Buchten gibt. Der Weg nach Kalifront fuehrt sich vorbei am Kloster der Hl. Eufemia wo kann man eine Pause einlegen und die
lokale ethnologische Sammlung und wertvolle sakrale Ausstelungsstuecke ansehen. 

Die Stadt Rab ist das besondere Wuerdigkeit der Insel; Juwel
der mittelalterische Stadtmodel mit zahlreiche Renaissancepaläste, Kirchen und Glockentürme verleihen ihr eine besondere Atmosphäre. Besonders die Unversehrtheit des Stadtbildes lockt zahllose Besucher an - der underschoene alte Stadtkern der Stadt Rab in
Form eines Schiffes mit vier dominierenden Glockentuermen. Stadt strahlt mit einem mediterran Geiste und ist in den Sommermonaten die der meist
besuchte Ort, ein Zentrum für alle möglichen Interessen. Da können sich alla die sich auf der Insel befinden treffen. In der Stadt gibts viele Veranstaltungen, Kunstabende, Musikabende und Volksfeste zB. Raber Ritterspiele und Mittelalterische Fest.

ISOLA di ARBE: UNA PERLA DEL ADRIA NORD

La costa croate e le isole, soprattutto la baia di Kvarner erano già molto popolare con turisti tedesci e gli italiani. Comunque soltanto oggi la Croazia è diventata a le destinazione più popolare. La vacanza simile al sogno nel mondo isolaneo croato. Isola di Rab e una perla piu bella  dell'Adria, posizionata su quella linea invisibile tra il su Adria del nord e medio, conformemente per il punto dove Dalmazia inizia e dove Europa continentale ed il Mare mediterraneo incontrano. È uno delle isole più popolari dell'Adria del nord. L'isola di Rab sarebe  conosciuta attraverso la sua natura e la sua architettura. La vecchia città della stessa nome come isola si trova su una penisola stretta e con le sue 4 campane di torre è diventato la pietra miliara dell'area. 

Sull'isola abita il cca 9000 abitanti che vivano di agricoltura, la pesca, la nave costruendo ed il turismo. L'isola è stata il magnete per i turisti per quasi 120 anni di industria turistica e Rab ha vinto molti premi internazionali e domestici. Offre un lotto di vedere; i paesaggi di natura, la vegetazione di molteplicitá, il mare di azzurro con le belle spiaggie sabiose e baie con sassolini, molta cultura e storia, tutto con amichevolmente ospite. Per il consumenti di sapori gastronomichi che dà i cibi al deliciouse e le bevande  basato sulla cucina tradizionale; le frutta di pesce e mare, le frutta di campi verdi e la carne con molto spices di aromatic. La specialità particolare bene conosciuta è la torta di Rab. 

Certo, Rab è la scelta giusta per una vacanza perfetta. La stagione di bagnare in mare inizia delle fini Maggio, fine nell' medio ottobre. Le vacanze esterno di turismo massa sono medio maggio fino fine giugno e poi in settembre fino a metà ottobre. L'alto tempo di stagione è in luglio / agosto. Gli inverni sono del le estati anche amichevoli e dolci, caldi. L'isola conta delle ore di soli per avvicina a 2600h nell'anno. La temperatura media è 26°C nell'estate e 10°C nell'inverno. Se lei ama la natura, la meditazione, le passeggiate e la bicicletta passeggiando, il tempo ideale per la visita è nell'autunno e nella primavera. Questo è il tempo anche buono per sta per gli anziani. L'isola può essere vista con l'automobile, bici o a piedi. Verso di sud si trova paese Barbat con le rovine dello St.Damiano. Nel centro è il villaggio Mundanije  con
la valle fertile e la collina raggiunge un picco Kamenjak (l'altezza di 400m) da dove lei può piacere il panorama dell'arcipelago di Quarnero. Se andate verso nord-ovest, verrebbe nella spessamente area di bosco;
Kalifront con molte piccole baie. Sul strada al Kalifront sé trova monastero del San.Eufemia dove potete fermare e visitare l'atrio piacevole e la collezione di etnologia locale ed sacrale. 

Il città di Rab è il tesoro speciale dell'isola; il gioiello del modello di città medievale con numerosi palazzi, le chiese ed il campanili.
Soprattutto l'integrità dell'immagine di città nella forma di una nave con quattro campanjili dominante attrae dei visitatori innumerevoli. La città di Rab irradia con uni spiriti mediterranei e è nei mesi di estate il luogo più frequentato sull'isola. Che lí vari avvenimenti di arte, i concerti di musica classici, il torneo di cavaliere di Rab ed il Rab Fiera - festival Medievale.
